• Approach Corporate or other providers to outsource their current hosting to MX Solutions
• Respond to leads and generate their own leads
• Requirements: Basic understanding of technical operations of the Internet and web hosting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Energetic, confident, self-motivated. Previous sales experience in the same field desired.

Programmers

• Full time
• Minimum two years of experience in Java, EJB, Cold Fusion, JSP, ASP, XML, Java Script, VB Script, CGI and PERL
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must co-ordinate with customers, understand their needs and to serve them better. 

Designers

• Full time
• Minimum one year experience in Adobe products (Photoshop, Image Styler, Image Ready), Paint Shop Pro, Macromedia Dreamweaver, 3D Max, Flash 5.0, Sound Forge, Microsoft Frontpage, and Java Script
• Should have a very creative mind.
• Must co-ordinate with customers, understand their needs and to serve them better.
